These guys are great. I have to say that you need to be on top of them for scheduling and such. Had a lot of anxiety in that I would be called for a second quote... "have we talked before?" Uhh yeah. You gave me a quote and had me on the schedule.

I had them install gutters on a previous home of mine. They were the only company to contact me back, and come right out and give me a quote. A bit of a snafu around October when they were to come out and Hurricane Micahel hit, no biggy. Mike was very communicative and was even able to work via text. After a bit of indecisiveness on my part we got them to install on our new home. They came right out the same day we decided. Looks great, and the installers were informative. Made the right decision and deffinately reccomend.

After recieving a very reasonable estimate, Gutter Masters showed up on time for the work that needed to be done. They removed my old gutters and installed the new ones. We opted for rain guards and the larger 6" gutters and have had no problems at all after several rain storms. Gutter Masters redirected our drain spouts which improved our drainage. I highly recommend considering these folks if you have drainage problems. Thank you again & kudos to the pros at Gutter Master. Call them, you'll be glad you did...Mike M.

Been calling them for the past five days and still dont have an estimate. Was told they would try to get me an estimate on Monday, and it is Friday and still no estimate. I spoke with someone on Tuesday and he said he would call me soon with details about getting an estimate but never called as he said he would. Once we did get an installation date they didnt show up twice like they said they would, and without informing me they weren't coming.

Install was good, but haven't been able to get a hold of them for over a month to correct one of the down spouts (horrible location/appearance). Left messages, didn't receive a call-back.
Update: Have been in contact with them now, and the down spout has been fixed. If it wasn't for communication issues, would be a 5 star rating.

They have a 5 AND 6 inch seamless gutter machine that they will bring out to your place of home or business and measure the exact link of the gutter needed on every part of your home and cut to fit. Call and ask for Dee. She will come out and give you a free estimate on your gutters. Wonderful family business!
