We recently contracted with Paul Langan Painting & Contracting to paint our Ocean Club Villas regime buildings, doors and some general carpentry work. A job well done - the Regime looks great! I was extremely pleased with the workers, quality of work and time frame.
Paul was patient, caring, listened, made suggestions and was on the job site everyday. I highly recommend them for any jobs large or small.

Paul Langan Contractor’s are the best! He is a perfectionist! He wants each job done correctly and on time. We hired him to repaint the inside of the house while we left Hilton Head for a few weeks. We came back and everything was done exactly the way we wanted. It looked beautiful! .... Then when we wanted the outside repainted to freshen it up, he started right on time. We hired Paul Langan's company to paint the entire exterior of our home, WOW what a great job they did. Paul is professional, friendly and visits the job site during the work to make sure everything is going well and that the customer is happy. His crew is absolutely amazing, they know exactly what they are doing, they are very hard workers, communication is great and the end result exceeded our expectations. After purchasing a condo in Hilton Head in January 2019, we began our search for a General Contractor. The condo needed a complete renovation and we live in OH. We found Paul’s company with an internet search. Based on several positive reviews, we called. Paul called back that day (unusual based on previous experiences). He was professional and asked many questions. After our conversation, we scheduled a meeting. My wife and I flew to Hilton Head and met Paul at his office. Paul had the entire day lined up with vendors for all the different products we would need-cabinets, tile, carpet, etc.

Paul Langan Contracting did a complete renovation of our 2-bedroom rental property of Hilton Head Island. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. The company far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Paul and his team have come into our Villa in Hilton Head like a professional SWAT team. He knew how to communicate with us and was clear with his detail. We had 3 weeks for a fairly heavy duty renovation and he did everything he promised and was a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. His colleagues working on site were fine people and they all made us feel good. Paul was great to follow up from our punch list and I think the value was fair for the quality of work they completed. I cannot recommend this team enough.

Our experience with Paul Langan was great. He quoted a project to powerwash our home, repaint all our exterior trim, and restain our decks. He also made suggested improvements to the garage level of our home. The crews who executed the work were hard working, diligent, and courteous. We made two interim payments to Paul during a two week period and a final payment at completion ... paying no more than the original quote plus time and materials for the add-on project in the garage. We consider Paul Langan and his staff both competent and professional and would recommend this company to others.

Spectacular job by highly capable craftsmen. They worked in a very small space, transforming a wet bar into a beautiful bathroom. We are delighted and highly recommend Paul and his crew.

Paul Langan installed a beautiful floor in the dining room, living room and Porch of our condo. The job had originally been contracted out to Lowe's, but they completely botched the job. Paul's company had to tear out the floor Lowe's installed incorrectly and put in a new floor. We just love it.
He painted the interior our entire condo. It looks fantastic. He remodeled the closets in the home to update the look and make them more functional. We couldn't be more pleased.
