I would choose them again in a heartbeat and you should too.
I'm backed up to a green belt and aside from all the wonderful wildlife we see we also get the unwelcome visitors too. So to correct the issue we looked into pest control.
The first company we chose because the name had been around since I was a kid but just because it's been around the longest doesn't mean you get good service. We were stood up not once not twice but three times waiting for them to show up call us anything and we got nothing. On the 4th time they actually did show but 2hrs late with no apology. The guy

Great local company. I've used them going on 3 years now, I'm under regular maintenance, and it has been awesome - no ants/spiders in the house, no wasps in the eves. When I did have one single indecent of a ant intrusion, they were out literally next day, no charge. That kind of service is why I use them.

Have been with them for 10 or 15 years and had the best technician Ray who was recently fired. The new guy named Bill is a freakish nerd who knows nothing of pest control! The guy was done spraying what ever he had in the container that never needed pumped up . When I asked him to,spray around the decorative curb I have where most of the ants have their holes he started rambling on how that was a waste of insecticide. This guy is from another galaxy!! Battled ants and spiders for several years and tried to do it ourselves. Over ten years ago, All Seasons came out, explained the process ( wanted our cat and dog to be safe and our garden was organic). We opted for a treatment every three months limiting the spray to just the house perimeter. No more indoor bugs. They can roam the field to their pleasure. All Seasons sends a postcard reminder and leaves a flag letting you know they've sprayed. A very professional and pleasant company with whom to work.

I am bothered I need leave a less than wonderful review, but I was so disturbed by this companies lack of respect and ethics, I felt I had no choice. I moved into my house in February and found I had unwelcome house guests under my bathtub. The landlord called this company. I work nights, so I sleep during the day. I also have 2 large dogs who dislike strangers in the backyard. I conveyed all of this to the technician the day they set the bait stations up and I was told there would be NO bait stations in the backyard, so I would never be disturbed.

When we moved into our new house and found we had an ant problem, this company was who the landlord sent over for treatment. After one visit the ants were scarce and far between. On their third and final visit I asked the tech to look in my attic as I had heard scratching the night before. He obliged and told me he saw rat droppings right away and there was a hole in the attic where they were probably getting in. Hired to do a rodent inspection on house for rats which Rob (rat specialist) said was heavily infested. He promised he would outline everything for the sellers to look at. All we got was a tiny sketch of house saying a few holes had to be fixed..he wouldn't.t even say there was signs of rats in written report!This was after he showed me holes that were in siding that he said rats were using to enter into walls of house. Also entering in 8 inch crawl space. To worried about seller getting mad at him to actually write down what he told me as the buyer. Needless to say, seller is now off
