We hired Hernandez to do the concrete work and fencing at our new home after being recommended to us by our neighbors. We had them install a 12x40 foot concrete patio on the side of our house, extend an existing driveway and RV parking pad, and fence our back yard (our lot is approximately a third acre.)
Just like stonework, this exterior decoration is a bit pricey but is also an intelligent investment for your home or business. The purpose of a retaining wall is, well, to retain things (Soil more specifically). With a COMPLETELY grouted retaining wall you know it's gotta be strong!, while looking good too.

Waited for over a week for our quote when we were told it would only take 2 days. A week later, I had to reach out to Taylor to find out they could not do the large retaining wall we needed. I understood as it was a huge 8 foot high retaining wall. However, he said we would get the quote for the side retaining wall we needed the next day. However, then he contacted me the next day to advise me that due to the size, they could not do it. They advertise that they “do everything related to masonry” yet they can not do a retaining wall because it needs an engineer to sign off in it. Only use this

Very pleased with their work. I wasn't sure the blocks would match the existing wall due to it being a different brand. Obviously it's not an exact match, but they assured us it would be hard to tell a difference. I was skeptical... but they were right.
They showed up on time, didn't leave any mess, were respectful to the neighbors property, returned the rock/gravel to previous location, and even came back a few weeks later to pressure wash the wall as part of their normal service! I had planned to do this on my own because I've seen drops from other fence installs.

Thanks for the wonderful job. They came for an estimate , just told me what needed to be done not anything extra. Then they came to go over what would be done and I put down a down payment. The day of the repair, did what needed to be done , cleaned up when finished and we met again for final payment. Thanks ! Looks great!

Hernandez just put in a 14 panel 11 course wall for us at our existing home, to replace an old cedar fence and arbor vitae. One week start to finish, reasonable cost, everything as they said it would be. We… are very pleased with our wall !

My husband and I hired Hernandez Masonry to build a 6' block fence around our back yard and let me just say that we are extremely impressed by this company! Their communication was outstanding, their build quality is superb, and their pricing was a LOT better than the other company from which we received a bid.
