I can’t say anything bad about the experience I recently had with Polhamous Heating And Air. I had fantastic service! They were very responsible and caring about my home. I was impressed that they covered the carpets when they were going up and down the stairs to the furnace. They were patient with us as they explained how the air conditioner was activated and how the unit ran. Really nice, friendly and polite people from the office staff (Linda) to the technicians to the salesman. Service was definitely 5 star!!!

Well as you grow older you become more cynical. Anticipating the next time you’ll be taken for a ride. But Polhamus heating and air-conditioning was fantastic they did an excellent job pre-during and after the job install. The employees were courteous mindful and had slight OCD. This made for an excellent product perfectly installed. I am super happy. Salesman (Jim) called the Saturday following install just to check in.....wow! I hope to someday to run my company as well.
Trane costs a little more but WELL worth it!!!
Also Kim at the PUD was great too. The PUD offers low interest loans FYI

Just wanted to give a shout out to Polhamus Heating and AC...our cooling system went out and needless to say it's getting pretty warm this time of year. We decided to go with a complete heating and cooling system because of how old the unit was. Polhamus came out and had everything installed in one day. The technician that came out went the extra mile to make sure we could use the cooling system this evening. Can't say enough about them! Thank you again and we will definitely have them take care of all our heating and cooling needs!
