After choosing carpet at a different retailer, we thought that we were set on what we wanted, but still wanted to check a couple of other places to make sure. When we went into Heritage Carpet and Flooring, we were greeted by the store manager, Mark Keyes. He took his time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of what we should know about carpet, regardless where we were going to purchase it. We had the best experience with Heritage. They did our entire first floor with Luxury Vinyl Plank and Carpet. Josh was very helpful and patient with us through out the entire process and Jen, the interior designer, was great in assisting with picking out the perfect colors! The installers were very fast and extremely professional, the entire job was complete in less than 4 days and looks amazing! Well worth the investment! Highly recommended!
