Everyone was wonderful and very reliable. I have never experienced such excellent service with a contractor. George kept me up on the details of the repair, did everything he said he was going to and time frames were communicated with me and kept up. I would use them again. Took care of alot of the insurance aspects of the repair also. The condo looks better than it did before the damage. Very pleased.

George came out to look at my roof that needs replacing and also to look and see where a leak I had was coming from. I thought it was the roof, however it turned out to be the bay window I have wasn’t sealed properly outside in some places and without even asking they took care of it and sealed it for me at no cost. It’s been an ongoing problem for several years and my contractor couldn’t even figure it out. Yet 5 minutes and it was fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone. 2 guys came out. One was owner. Really liked both. Inspected our roof and siding where water from the storms has penetrated. Fixed a few areas others had missed. Highly recommend! I believe I will stick w them over the other 6 that have come to our home. Please contact them w your home roofing/window issues. Always need more great guys like this around!

We had our roof replaced by HPR in August 2017, due to hail damage. We went with them because they assured us that they would also handle all supplemental repairs (gutters, staining, paint, etc.) so that we wouldn't have to worry about it. A few days into the roof install, the crew left with no explanation, the unfinished roof was exposed and a rain storm was coming. I had to call them and they explained that they sent the crew to another project because they ran out of shingles. They didn't believe me that the roof was exposed until I sent them pictures. I'm pleased to recommend High Performance Restoration. We worked with Donnie to repair hail damage to our roof, gutters, fence, window screens and beading, and external air conditioning unit. These guys are amazing. They walked us though the whole process and explained everything they were doing to help us. Our roof came out great and we were able to upgrade to a much better roof. This company is surely a A++ in my book from there sales team to there installers to all the people in their office. Their insurance specialist are the best in the business and got the most out of our claim for us.
