The best way to contact tech support is to email helpdesk@dixonsecurity.com Provide your contact information and a brief summary of the problem. If you can take a picture, that can help us diagnose faster. The email creates a ticket in our system and you will receive a receipt for tracking of service.

We have had Dixon Security cameras for 4+ years now and these are the best cameras I've ever had!! We have Dixon Security cameras installed at my SHOP and home. These cameras offer great images and clarity. They cannot be hacked and the hard drive has more storage than you can imagine. It is easy to go back to look at previous footage, you can even link to your phone or tablet, which is very convenient. The installation team is excellent and the service the best we have ever encountered!! Highly recommend.

We were hesitant to spend the money on a security system, once we bit the bullet we quickly realized it paid for itself in the first month. They told us we would want more cameras....they were right we added 8 more cameras on 2 different occasions. We use them for everything (theft, production, safety) you name it. The entire team is professional and fantastic to work with. Highly Recommend these guys!!!! Thal and Drew are great to work with!!

I bumped into a problem - monitor "Wasn't working" - turned out to be user error (the outlet was a problem) but nonetheless they hustled out here, ready to replace the monitor, and were gracious and polite when we determined it was (embarrassingly) the outlet.
My review previously highlighted a service problem - yes, there was a routing mistake for my case, which led to a delay, but they acted like their name is on the door, which it is, and were fully accountable for the mistake and got my situation sorted out.

Thal (and team) provided lighting-fast service! They have expert installers that are courteous, trustworthy, and discrete. The control software is completely intuitive and easy to figure out. It also easily ports to PC and mobile apps without having to pay for monthly service fees. This is an excellent no nonsense company to do business with. They delivered exactly how and when promised. I have been working with Dixon Security for years. Had them come out and do some updating on my system today and was reminded about the caliber of their business. Dixon Security installed an HD camera system for us two years ago. They gave us great pricing and excellent service. We recently had an incident (petty theft, nothing exciting,) and the Crime Scene Investigator came out to review the footage. After he got his footage, he took the time to walk me through Dixon's setup, and I was surprised and impressed at the capabilities of our system. I'm not a tech guy, and Thal could have easily installed a lesser system without me knowing, but he went in the other direction and gave us a really solid setup.

We used Dixon for our security cameras at Granite Mountain Storage and they have been amazing business partners! Their expert design ensured we have 100% coverage of every square foot of our facility. I use their cameras daily to check on operations and it functions flawlessly. When my laptop died, Drew connected me with Zach who installed the remote viewer on my new computer quickly, expertly and he was very cheerful. An amazing company because they have amazing people!

I paid about $4000 for Dixon to install cameras at my home in Sandy. They showed me the app so I can see the cameras from my phone, which is the whole reason I wanted them. I just had to change my router because the previous one stopped working.
And now, to connect to the new router they charge $200! ! Just to connect to the new router. So every time I need them to help me it is going to cost me $200!! I spoke to a manager and he spoke with the owner, who said they do not adjust their costs. I live about 1 mile from their store.

Our family was having an issue with kids vandalizing our fence, I was going to buy a couple of cameras on the internet. But, we decided to purchase cameras through Dixon Security.
