I just had a great experience with Eli from Reliable Locksmith. I called him this morning to get an additional key made for my 2017 Ford Transit. He was able to fit me in his schedule and was at my place in less than two hours. Eli was finished making me a second key in less than fifteen minutes. From my short conversation with him I found him to be very personable and a cool dude. He also didn't have a problem cutting and programing a key that I provided which I obtained from eBay. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

The initial phone call was answered promptly. I was given a number to call Mike and given instructions to include photos of my door handle and lock system on a very heavy glass deck door. Mike went to a warehouse to find a replacement, called me when he was 15 minutes out, and gave me two choices for a replacement lock and handle. All this was done in one day, at reasonable cost. It appears that not many locksmiths do deck door handle replacements so Mike is creating a niche opportunity. He was prompt, explained the process, was professional and personable as well as reasonable in cost for an hour

I usually don’t leave reviews. Although, I gotta say this place was the most efficient and easygoing locksmith in town. Sub zero degrees and losing my keys was not a good combo. I was able to get someone instantly when calling and got help right away. While getting my keys replaced by an agent, they made sure I was safe and warm. For someone to care about my well-being in this cold meant a lot especially going through a rough day. Overall, these people care about you as a human. And I’m very thankful. Definitely will do business with them again if I’m ever in an emergency.
