If there is a zero star to give them I will!
I dropped my window glass since two months ago and until now it’s not done yet!
I don’t know why to hold a little small regular glass for a house over two months!!
This glass window is a very regular, no special design at all! And it takes them that long I don’t know what these guys are doing!!
Very bad customer service never come back again to this place!!

My husband went there in person a couple of times and called them a couple of times trying to get one of our cracked bow windows fixed. Three times they were supposed to come out and give an estimate but never showed. They did call twice to reschedule but still never showed up on that day and never called. I guess they figured our business wasn’t worth it!

Paid 50% September 10, 2019 for window and screen replacement. (Their rules balance due at installation). Have called at least monthly since. Got to hear all about medical and family issues. This month got someone new on the phone. Still getting the run around - along with accusatory questions of why we didn’t call last 9 months even though I have multiple times. It is a small job. Would like my money back at this point. We can’t get past person who answers phone. They clearly don’t care.

This company has no integrity, and I would not trust the owner with my windows or anything else. My mother bought a window from them, and they ordered the wrong thickness for the glass. Then the owner installed the window without telling her it was wrong, then tried to tell her that she was seeing things and that it was correct when it wasn't when she noticed the difference. She verified with another person at the company that they put in 5/8ths thickness when it should have been 15/16ths. He also tried to tell her that the new glass was "state of the art" which is why he said it

Horrible customer support. The owner continued to cut me off as I attempted to explain to him the issue with my screen door and my garage window. He failed to listen to the problem that I needed to be resolved. The individual who answered the phone indicated that they could come out as early as this Friday morning however he then took the phone and stated they they are too busy with other bigger priorities due to COVID-19 so they are not taking any small jobs. It sounds like they are unwilling to help small residential property owners. What happens when COVID-19 dries up? I think that what this

We have used airport glass in the past and the service received has declined immensely. We placed an order in November and up until now, there was no communication whatsoever about lead times, completion, and install. We were promised our product by Christmas Eve. Phone calls & emails were getting ignored and unanswered for days, if not weeks. It was also never communicated that they would be closed for 2 weeks for the holiday and that orders would be delayed. 1 day before a project was due, we were then told our product was damaged and needed to be reordered which I don't believe was the case

Called Airport again today for another item I needed. Karen took care of me ABOVE and BEYOND. Excellent customer service and as friendly as can be. Had been dealing with Betty for aprox. 40 + years for a few commercial buildings and the service has always been great. Sadly Betty passed not too long ago, but her customer care and professionalism continues on to this day with Karen and the whole install gang too. Can`t say enough good things about these people and the whole operation. If you need glass, you need Airport Glass.

My wife dropped a window off for repair and it was completed same day with repairs far exceeding our expectations at an unbeatable price. We are actually bringing back another. The staff were extremely professional & knowledgeable in helping me particularly over the phone which can be difficult. I looked up some terminology beforehand which helped a bit.

Beware of making a deal "off the books" with one of the Airport Glass workers. He replaced a large pane of glass in a window in my condo. He did not caulk around the inside of the window frame. Now every time it rains, water pours in all over the windowsill. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with him by phone & by letter. He refuses to answer. He told me he would give me a great deal, better than the estimate of $396.00 from Airport Glass. I paid him $300.00 in cash. This was no great deal. I made a huge mistake in trusting him. Airport Glass knows about these actions but they cannot send

If I could give a rating on zero, I would. I originally had a scheduled appointment for the morning. Kept pushing me back saying that the tech is running late. Finally at 4pm, told me that they need to reschedule for tomorrow morning. I asked if I could get some kind of discount, since I pretty much wasted my WHOLE day waiting for them to show up!! Betty (who claims to be the owner) simply chuckled at me and said no. Then she told me that her commercial customers take precedence over her residential customers and rudely hung up on me. So basically, she could care less about the little people.

4 years ago Airport Glass installed brand new windows and doors during the construction of our dealership and car wash. All I can say is that 4 years later the quality of Airport work is shining through. There have been no problems with the window seals, drafts, air pockets, glass fogging or anything at all. The few times have had a couple issues with the doors (because of wind) and they have come out the same day and serviced the problem. I am not a big yelper but wanted to commend the people at Airport Glass for their outstanding service and quality of installation. I would recommend anyone
