We hired MSH to do a master bath renovation last year. It was quite possibly the most disappointing performance I've ever paid to see. We have a big glass shower, but the drain is literally the highest point of the floor. He allegedly has a tile guy who can fix it, but 10 months later I've stopped holding my breath. It took all of 2 weeks for the grout to crack in all the corners because they did not use siliconized grout. Looking at some of the mistakes they left makes it hard to consider their workmanship as anything higher than amateur DIY. If you're looking at this company to do any significant

We had a wonderful experience with Doc and MSH Home Improvement! We took several quotes after a kitchen flood, but went with Doc based on his experience with insurance and vision. He manages his teams' time and resources exceptionally well, so we were done weeks earlier than other contractors predicted. No ridiculously long waits between starting and finishing. He has a great eye and helped us with design while also working with our taste. Communication was great, too. The whole experience was nothing like we've experienced before with other construction jobs. He's also just a heck of a nice guy

MSH Home Improvement did a complete remodel of my 1st floor. They remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. Replaced all of my subfloors and some of my floor joists. Replaced all exterior and interior doors. They laid Luxury vinyl flooring throughout, as well as adding recessed lighting and many other small projects. From day one, there were several trades involved in the overall construction. The crew was very skilled, efficient, responsive and easy to communicate with. MSH made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe

We had such a great experience with this company! Doc is so easy to talk with about any questions or concerns. Roberto and Carlos were friendly, hard working and considerate of our home. I was able to make all my selections with the help of Doc and he kept me in the budget! The project was completed in a timely manner and the work is beautiful! They even cleaned up nicely and fixed any minor touch ups we asked for. I would recommend this company. I am in love with my bathroom!

Doc renovated my kitchen and built my fence. Please read my review on the kitchen project too! We were stuck with an impossoble situation on trying to build my fence. First, my next door neighbors were (still are) disputing my property lines even after a professional land survey was completed. They tried to bully me, saying that the survey was wrong and that they will call the county on me. I was getting stressed out and anxious but Doc remained calm and worked through the whole situation. Our master bathroom flooded and the water came down the kitchen. I was a week out of my due date and the added stress did not do me any good. Doc came in, did the water mitigation and wrote our estimate very quickly to be submitted to the insurance company. He was always available when I needed to talk to him and even spoke to my insurance on my behalf to lessen my burden. These guys are great! They know what they're doing.They're professional friendly people. I used them to drywall my garage, install laminate on my floors, upgrade my master bathroom with a ceramic shower, and recently used them to upgrade my kitchen. MSH is a real pleasure to work with cuz you know when they're coming and they won't leave until the job's done and done right.
