Called Ken Neyer plumbing stating I needed a troubleshooter with kitchen sink not draining for entire time we moved into 160 yr old farm house! Two other plumbers snaked but did not fix issue. Neyer plumbing sent out their troubleshooter drain specialist Rusty Goin, he gave us an estimate of possible cost and process he would take to locate issue! Rusty went under crawl space to check the pitch in line and it was minimal but should work, proceeded to kitchen sink and placed drain pan under sink trap prior to opening. Placed auger into line and there were so many clogs from over 50+ years of people

We had a major plumbing issue last week that was really bad. Rusty and Jason were quick to act on the situation and fix our issue immediately. They were very professional, and were experts with our situation. A previous company couldn’t resolve it, so Ken Neyer Plumbing acted immediately. Jason showed up on time (actually before early which was so great for me because I wanted my clog fixed ASAP). He was very professional, wore his mask at all times per the Covid protocol at his company and his boot covers. He was very knowledgeable and cleared the drain very quickly. I will be recommending this company to any family and friends that have the unfortunate experience of having a drain backup or any other plumbing issues. I was very happy with the service. We needed a new wax ring for our toilet that was leaking. Ethan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and completed the task in a few minutes. He did not leave until we were sure the leak was fixed, and everything was in proper order. I appreciate that he used protective booties before entering our home. The repair was affordable, and we will definitely use Neyer Plumbing again in the future.

Sadly will not use again. I used them once for a quote for a big job and got a fair opinion on the Job, but we ended up not doing the project. I referred them to my family & friends. They've both used them, never really gave me much feedback on it. I finally needed them for a clogged drain. You can imagine my horror at paying $220 for a simple clog that only needed the small tool they used for less than two minutes. Charged me for a part they never brought me too, been waiting on this part for a week. Sorry will not use again.
