Dunes Development has done all the major (and some relatively minor) work on our home in Lakeside for over 35 years. It has all been excellent, timely, and on budget. We would recommend them to anyone for any job they will undertake.

Dunes built our vacation home in Bridgman about 6 years ago. It was simply a fantastic experience from top to bottom. They worked incredibly hard to hit all the timelines we set, but they always maintained the highest quality. It was a dream come true for us to build our place, and the people at Dunes only made the experience that much sweeter. I have recommended them to a ton of friends and acquaintances, and they have all had great experiences as well. We love every aspect of our house!!

In 2017 we purchased the lot where we wanted to build our retirement home, a home where our sons and their families would want to visit, to spend time. We did not have building plans or a builder. We were referred to Dunes by previous clients of theirs. Dunes helped us think through the issues we wanted to address in the house. They helped us identify items where we could control costs. They assured us the house would be finished within one year from start and on budget. We broke ground in March 2018 and moved in during March 2019 - on time and on budget. We used Dunes Development to design and build our vacation home in the woods. Lowell and his team did a fantastic job capturing our vision for a rustic retreat in the woods. The house is fantastic and we receive rave reviews from friends and guests who stay there. The entire Dunes team was a pleasure to work with.
