WE WERE BROKEN INTO TWICE!! OUR IRREPLACEABLE ITEMS WERE STOLEN NEVER TO BE REPLACED!!
I HAD TO MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP FROM ARIZONA TO THE STORAGE UNIT TO GET A FIRST HAND ACCOUNT OF OUR LOSS OF PROPERTY. APPROXIMATELY A LOSS OF $4,000 DOLLARS. THE OWNERS COULD CARE LESS. THESE BREAKENDS TOOK PLACE DURING THE SAME TIME LINE AS ONE OF THE OTHER STORAGE TENANTS AS WELL.
"INSIDE JOB" MANAGEMENT KNEW IT BUT FAILED TO TAKE STEPS TO ACT ON THOSE RESPONSIBLE.
DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN THIS STORAGE FACILITY, "MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS" . THEY'VE TAKEN MINIMAL STEPS TO SECURE PROPERTY BUT ITS

Business is struggling with security and accounting.Had 1 of my units broke into.Also was locked out of my storage unit 3 times because of account mistakes and locking out wrong tenant.Auto security gate inoperative for years.After break-ins they put a 9.99 bike lock on security gate that was pain to operate.Recently replaced lock.Security cameras are installed but some missing and staff doesn't know how to use anyway.When breakins occured police couldn't even check recent tapes.Besides that,I'd say the units are pretty dated,but prices are reasonable.With a few repairs on gate,fence and security
