I am here visiting my parents from Fort Worth. The back toilet overflowed this afternoon which was the last thing we needed with my mom recovering from surgery and in rehab. Me and my three sisters are here to help clean the house etc. It was 6:30 on a Friday night!. James answered my call right away!. He and Josh came as soon as they finished the job they were on. They sent a camera down the line and found some roots which they immediately cut out. Quick and fair on their price. Friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Bad Service. Water Meter continues to register water "usage" after everything is turned off in the house. James at Leak-Tek couldn't locate so he said that the city meter was probably defective. I had the the city replace the meter and it is still showing "usage". Call James at Leak-Tek to come and finish the job and he has avoided the job. I SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID HIM UNTIL HE FOUND THE LEAK...I will never use that company again!

Leak-Tech did ductwork, faucet replacement, and tile work (because they had to break the tile to replace the faucet). I will NEVER use this company again, and I do not recommend Leak-Tech to anyone, for the following reasons.
First, the work took longer than expected.
Second, more than once, they did not show up when they said they would.
Third, the tiles they installed did not match the rest of the tile-work, even though they promised that they would.
Fourth (and most unprofessional), I received a “debt collection” call on June 16, five days after they issued an invoice on June 11. The

Ignore the few bad reviews. These guys were absolutely amazing. Saved the day. Cheapest in town, friendliest I spoke with in town, and the most accessible. Ill definitely be using exclusively this company for my plumbing from now on.

Unprofessional. I took off work to have them come back to confirm a leak that I paid $165 and it turns out wasnt underground. Called him to see where he was and he said he was at home. James Alonzo doesnt know what collapsed pipe looks like in a camera. Dont use them because rather than be a man and say he was wrong, he punked out and said I was an idiot for breaking a slab on his recommendation (despite giving me a bid to do the exact same job). This is going to the board of plumbers and the better business bureau.

While visiting my parents in July they had a major plumbing issue the night before a huge party at their house. A friend recommended Leak-Tek after we called several companies in town the quotes and wait times were ridiculous. Leak-Tek was able to come within a couple hours, found the problem and temporarily fixed it so we could still have the party. We ended up setting up a time/day for them to come replace the pipes underground they did a fantastic job! Service was great, timing was wonderful and prices were the best I've ever seen for a plumbing company. The only thing I didn't like
