Top notch business. We have a relatively new heat pump that had a mysterious issue of sometimes heating, sometimes cooling, and mostly doing nothing at all! We called one heating and air conditioning firm that blamed a power surge, flipped the circuit breaker a few times, announced all was okay - but the problem quickly returned. A handyman we were using for odd jobs then decided to install a new capacitor in the unit and that didn't work either. Frustrated, we called Dave's. A young man, Ryan, from Dave's Diversified showed up. He quickly checked the thermostat and made his way to the air handler

I contacted Dave’s because my thermostat on my Lennox system died. Mr. Chadwick came onsite and diagnosed the issue. I was told by another hvac tech to put a conventional thermostat in. I was really glad Mr. Chadwick was extremely knowledgeable in these complex systems as he explained this was not a good option and why (it basically would have reduced the efficiency to nothing and ruined the system). I was very happy as he explained every detail and was thorough. He installed the new thermostat which I found out is the major brain to the system. I was back up and running in an hour and a half

Just had my AC go down on the hottest day of the year. Of course every HVAC repair business is extremely busy at these times, so I had little hope of sleeping in cool house tonight. I called DDS, and miracle of miracles, the nice lady on the phone told me that Dave could be by around 1:00 to look at it same day. Dave actually arrived early at 12:15, diagnosed a bad capacitor, replaced it, and had my unit up and running in under 20 minutes. Dave was fast, honest and professional. I couldn't have asked for more.

My A/C wasn't performing well. Tech came out on time and did a quick assessment. Our filter had failed and the coils were clogged with cat hair. He cleaned it, checked all systems, and explained options for getting a better filter system. All in all, very happy with service at a fair price.

We were very pleased with the service Matt, "Old Man" and Ryan provided. We had a new unit installed. We had a full replacement of our heating/cooling HVAC with a new Bosch system. Dave's was the first company to reach out to my inquiry for a quote, and were very competitive in their service and cost compared to several other companies that seemed to have very high markups. For the install, Matt and Gonzales were fantastic. They were on time, worked hard, were friendly and considerate. They even went out of their way to help us move another older system aside. I would absolutely recommend Dave's, and were very happy with the work Matt and Gonzales did for us. I will update in a few months once

Thanksgiving morning we woke up to a faulty heat pump. I called the emergency line and Dave called me back 15 mins later. Within the hour, he talked me through a temporary fix and got heat flowing back through the house. Four days later his technician Jake came to the house in Delaplane for a full repair, test and walkthrough - thanks Dave, Jake and team - you guys rock!!
