Absolutely terrible. The worst experience I’ve ever had with the repairman. Literally called him and left messages for two weeks trying to get our commercial door fixed. Heard nothing back from him. Not one call back. Nothing. No appointment set up. We ended up going with another vendor and got the problem fixed immediately. Two weeks later he shows up unannounced, no appointment, and has a tantrum because the door was already fixed. Try to charge a trip charge?!?? Seriously??
