So at first they were amazing......then of course everything went downhill. We were lied to constantly about warranty and when/how to bring it back. Josh swore to us that the warranty covered it....over $300 later to get the vehicle back there, we get a call that the warranty was expired (Josh allegedly spoke with finance company and confirmed it was good). Then he proceeded to berate me on the phone how I should've reviewed everything beforehand and that nothing would be covered under warranty anyway. Same song and dance from all used dealers. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!

Great experience! Ben had everything ready when I arrived and Josh made the financing painless. They even helped me unload our trade (my husband's truck and tools) so I could take it home that day! Well worth the drive from Charleston! I had been to 5 other dealerships before I contacted them and wish they had been first! In the future, they will be the first ones we call.

It was quite the long 8 hour round trip drive to come down to get the new Shelby, but everyone at the dealership treated all of my family like friends or family. I cannot say enough good things about all of you at this dealership and in the future I will for sure check the website if I am looking for a new stable mate for the Shelby because of my experience... I have bought MANY of new vehicles both personally as well as for our company (probably close to 70, Semi trucks down to Honda Civic's), dealt with many dealers of all makes and models but this was by far the best overall experience

Excellent dealership With excellent service department. Professional technicians and the transmission tech is a Ford Senior Master Certified Technician - Erik Hall is the best around hands down. Jack Garrett the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet as well. Great place to buy a new or used car and also great to have your car serviced. All around best dealership in the state.

The staff at this location is absolutely second to none. It was the first time I ever enjoyed my experience at a car dealership.
