I called on a Friday to have a deadbolt replaced. The tech agreed to meet me at my house in 30 minutes. I left work and rushed home, only to receive a call that he wouldn't be able to make it because of the snow and would rather come Saturday morning. Ok. I communicated with the tech via text on Friday evening and I went to Home Depot where I purchased an electronic deadbolt that he recommended. Yeah, these guys aren't real professionals. I requested a quote from them and ended up getting the run-a-round. They actually wanted me to go to a local locksmith or dealership to have my car keys cut and programmed. I ended up getting a firm price quote from a competitor who was willing to reply to my questions and put his services in black and white.

Very disapointed in this company. They called me back about 2 hrs or so after my call. After me giving them my truck info they said they could do my truck chip key quoted me a $ . Then said they would call back in a few min to give me time to do it today. Here it is several hrs later with no call back from them. At least call even if you cant do it. Wouldn't recommend.

We had a bit of an interesting experience with this locksmith. We used them to change the locks on three doors on our house.
The good:
* They sent someone over to give us a quote immediately after I called, saying they really couldn't quote without seeing the situation.
* The person I spoke to on the phone, the locksmith who came to our house, and his assistant were friendly and courteous.
* When re-keying our old lock didn't work out, the locksmith got a new lock for our door and didn't charge us for it.
* The original quote was honored despite it taking a lot longer than anticipated

Responsive and accommodating, and great service. We just purchased a new home in the area and called to get locks replaced, and they did a great job and gave us options and in the end were a good value. Were able to come out on short notice and did a good job replacing the locks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a good, reputable locksmith.

Not as good as I hoped. Were able to change my mailbox lock just fine, but were not able to change the door lock due to lack of tools as I was told. I have mentioned to the company ahead of time that locks in my building are old and to send someone with high skills and knowledge of old locks. Locksmith spent a very long time with the lock. Well i had to call another company and they took care of it. Also, pricing is by no means cheap. Would use again for a simple job and discuss pricing up front, otherwise you may get a surprise.

The worst service ever, The repair person did not have the skills, and destroyed my lock, and spent 3 hours for something my regular locksmith can do in five minutes. Needed to call another locksmith same day to repair the work.
Eagle Locksmith called me and apologize telling me that they will not cash my check, and willing to pay my extra charges. Guess what, they charged me the full amount anyway.

Super nice, showed up on time, did everything perfectly and was so great, I didn't even mention the discount because he was awesome. He was in contact when he was coming ahead of time and gave us a good window. His prices seemed to be what they should cost and he fixed a few things at no charge and gave us extra keys at no charge. We also bought new hardware at what seemed like a good price. Would use again!

Picking a locksmith can be a tricky proposition-prices vary widely, and giving someone access to the keys of your home can be daunting. I called Eagle Locksmith after an unprofessional experience with another locksmith company. I called and was met with professionalism and courteous demeanor. I was given a time frame for his arrival and he called when he was 20 minutes away. The locksmith Frances gave me options and told me which locks were the best. He took his time installing them and when they didn't seem like the doors closed easily he didn't rush the job he took his time. The time he took made me feel comfortable and I would use again most defiantly.

We were very happy with the service we received from Eagle! Fares (the owner) did a prompt, thorough job. There was a problem with one of the doorknobs he installed, a manufacturing defect--not his fault at all, we called him and he came back immediately to fix the problem. I think seeing the way a company resolves issues is a great indicator of their overall service.
I don't expect to need them again anytime soon, because he did such a good job, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Eagle again in the future or to wholeheartedly recommend them.

After calling several other local services over the coarse of a week and leaving unreturned messages,it was a great relief to find a locksmith who answered my call directly in person.I scheduled an appointment for the following week to have a new deadbolt installed in my front door.The owner,Fares called that morning to confirm a time and arrived promptly to do the job.He was in and out within a half hour and even cleaned up after himself.

Amazing service! Just moved to a new house and Fares came right away within an hour of when I called him. Added new locks and deadbolts to every door and provided me with the keys on the spot! Great price as well! Will definitely call him again if I need a locksmith! I highly recommend him!!
