I have never worked for a company that was more committed to their customers. I have seen first hand customers even from years past walk through our office doors offering hugs to the builder and all of the Brooks and Palmer team. The motto of the company is "Building homes-Building relationships." and this is witnessed everyday. Not only do our customers come in with a goal to design a home to fit their lifestyle, however, the end result is always a friendship made and a home of their dreams. I personally get to see customer service at its finest as well as integrity and quality.
