Joseph Forster has been involved in the lighting industry since 1966. He was the former CEO of Star Electrical Supply Co. Inc which he sold in2007. Star Elecriacl Supply was found by his grandfather, Sam Forster, in 1905. Mr. Forster personally handles all transactions. Since Forster Lighting has the lowest overhead possible we are able to offer the lowest prices possible.
Forster Lighting LLC's history started several years ago when Joseph Forster needed large quantities of soda for his son's school festivities, something that turned out to be harder than he had thought. Joseph realized the market potential of the industry and started his own wholesale business for beverages.
Forster Lighting is a well established supplier of commericial, industrial and residential lighting fixtures. Forster Lighting is a distributor for the Phillips Lighting Group which includes: Lightolier, Day-Brire and Ledalite. We work with architects, lighting designers and contractors. Forster Lighting has access to all leading lighting manufactures.
