He came out to repair my leaking dishwasher, said it was caused by a bobby pin in the pump. I paid him the $80 fee. The problem was not fixed so he came back out and basically lowered the back end of the dishwasher, so he did not fix anything and charged me another $80 fee. Will not use them again.

Called about a refrigerator issue I was having and he was able to give some good advice and information over the phone. He was able to fit me in the very next day and came exactly when he said he would be there. He was able to fix the issue with parts that he had in his van. Quick, easy, and reasonable pricing. I will for sure use Howard for all appliance repairs I need done in the future. Great work!

I called and explained a cooling issue (with my fridge) over the phone. I was empowered to fix it myself by being given potential fixes over the phone. Minutes before my scheduled appointment- my fridge was fixed based on the advice given. I cancelled the appointment and wasn’t charged a Penney. I was even told that they prefer to help customers fix issues without the need for a house call- allowing time slots to be available for more pressing matters. Wow. What a classy A+ company. They have my loyalty. I almost hope something breaks down so I can give them my $ it like “take my money”.

My refrigerator/freezer stopped working and, after cleaning up the mess from melting ice in the dispenser, etc., I gave Howard’s Appliance Services to schedule a house call. Howard asked me a few questions over the phone specifically to save me the potential cost of a service call. He told me to remove a panel to look at the type of compressor. I did that and he told me of a massive problem with that particular part and told me he could repair it but that it would save me money to purchase a new refrigerator. I have since verified his claim about the faulty compressor.

Wonderful experience! My fridge wasn't working as it should. I called Howard's Appliance Services and Howard recommended something for me to try prior to setting up a service call with him. I called him the next day with follow up questions and he was super helpful and informative, and I was able to get my fridge back up! Howard was very knowable, and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make sure I had tried what I could do on my own before we made an appt. Thank you!! Definitely recommend!
