Broadpoint converted a residential apartment in downtown Rehoboth to modern office-space for JLAM, one of the region's premier real estate development firms. The Rehoboth Beach Country Club Renovation project was Broadpoint's first joint venture with another area commercial builder, Grayson + Grayson & Associates (GG+A), which concluded with the successful completion of the 32,000+ square-foot country club rejuvenation.
