We had a water main line leak. He fixed it and helped deal with the insurance to make things work smoothly. He also came by for free to check out a minor leak issue that I was having. Matt is honest, professional, and very skilled. I would recommend him for any major plumbing project you might have.

Matt and his awesome crew repaired a hole I had in my main drain. They were responsive in providing a quote (which was a great price!), they were very flexible in working with my schedule, and they completed the repair as described. Matt was very professional and timely in his response to our emergency. Given how difficult it has been for businesses to retain employees during COVID, etc and knowing how in demand Zippy is in our community we were surprised at how quickly they responded and were able to get out here to diagnose and fix the problem with a lifetime guarantee. When it came time for the invoice Matt was very fair for his time and effort. Almost to fair and we offered more but he declined and would not accept it.

This was my best experience with a plumber. Had a sink that was clogged for the weekend, tried everything possible to fix it. These guys were great. After another company failed to clear the clog and suggested major work to fix it, I called Zippy. They were able to quickly assess the situation and then able to clear out the clog in no time at all. They saved me a lot of money and time. I highly recommend.

I had a plumbing issue on Sunday and Zippy Plumbing came over on Monday and fixed it that day. The price was good and the work was excellent.
Plus, my dog loved David (who did the work). She normally does not like strangers in the house, especially men, but she adored him immediately and followed him around while he worked. To me, that's an excellent character reference.

We had major plumbing issues and contacted Zippy Plumbing...they did not disappoint! David and Dan's customer service and expertise is impeccable. They were on time and explained everything to us thoroughly so that we were kept in the loop during the entire process. The quality of work the did to our home was A1. They came out during the COVID-19 crisis and made sure to disinfect our home when they were done to ensure all of our safety as well. The rate was $350/hour and they roll the $69 trip charge into that if you agree to get the work done. In addition to changing a toilet flapper, the technician looked at another toilet downstairs, assessed the supply valves as not working and needing repair at some point, and he also checked the water pressure and told me it was too high. I will have to look for a lower hourly rate for the bigger repairs that apparently need to be done. Matt was super nice on the phone and the tech was nice and informative.

Called earlier this morning about a leaky p-trap and Matt had a plumber scheduled same day. The plumber, Shaun, quickly identified the issue, evaluated a couple of quick fix solutions but we ultimately decided to rebuild the p-trap and get it right. Shaun was able to rebuild it quickly with all issues resolved. I will definitely be calling Zippy back for future plumbing issues!

Called them mid-morning and they managed to fit me in by the afternoon. They gave me good information on fixing a small toilet problem and advice on what to do to fix a leaky faucet (replace it). When I said I'd try to do it myself, Robert pointed out some tricky parts and tips on picking out a new faucet. This was my first time calling a plumber, and I'm happy I did!

Zippy lives up to their name. I had a PLUMBING EMERGENCY and within 30 minutes Matt was enroute to my rescue! Communication was excellent. Matt assessed the issue and gave me a few options and recommendations for the proper fix - it turns out my plumbing was previously installed incorrectly!

I had a shower faucet that had been leaking for a few months and decided to get it taken care of. To Zippy's credit, they did send someone out the next day to take a look at the issue. I was told by Robert that there are basically two ways to fix the issue 1) Rebuild the components in the faucet or 2) Replace the faucet and inner-workings completely. That sounded like a fair assessment, but was then told that Zippy doesn't really recomend the first option because it doesn't really fix the problem... ok so really the only choice is to replace.

As a Millennial, I am not big on liking to get my hands dirty. Sometimes the job calls for it however. I had a plumbing issue at a property where one of the bathroom sinks was clogged. The tenant tells me he shaves his head in the sink. "Well, do you pull the hair out or just it go down the drain?" Down the drain he says. Smh. As landlord this is my responsibility? Fine.
