Jeff Ford & his wife, Sarah, started Windows by Jeff, Inc. while Jeff was still on the Tulsa Fire Department. As a trained firefighter, Jeff had extensive knowledge of home construction & he saw a gap in the Tulsa market for a company with exceptional installation knowledge. Founded in 1999, the daily mission has been to be great at two things - window replacements and door replacements.
In the hustle bustle world I just had to take the time to write you and say thank you. The crew who installed the windows was just wonderful. They were courteous, timely and their attention to detail was outstanding. The quality of work was excellent and they cleaned up so well you never knew they were there.

Overall we had a fantastic experience with Windows by Jeff! Windows are perfect and everything we were hoping for! We did have to wait a little longer than expected for one window which was no fault of the company’s bc it was a large special order. The two gentlemen that did the installation were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough about how great Windows by Jeff is. They did a fantastic job replacing our windows, from beginning to end. Excellent customer service, installation, clean up and follow up. They made it a pleasant, stress free experience and our windows are wonderful. They look great and it’s much more quiet. We couldn’t be happier about the whole process.

We are so happy with the folks at Windows by Jeff! Sarah and Jeff made the 40 mile trip out to our home to meet with us and Jeff took some basic measurements (20 windows!) while providing us with the right amount of information and genuine conversation that we knew we wanted them to help us upgrade our home. Aaron and Seth made the trip out to take final measurements and were very friendly, polite and professional and when it came time to do the actual install they were all over the gig. I never thought I could get emotional about windows but here I am. This company walked me through a very tough time. I needed windows due to horrible vandalism. Sarah should be a counselor. Lol She was so patient and answered every thing I needed efficiently and kindly. The crew was amazing! Some of the kindest, hard working men I’ve worked with. Fun too! The entire process for new residential windows from scheduling to quote to install was a breeze with Windows by Jeff! My 50 year old home had windows that were long past efficient. Mitch helped me choose the right windows for our budget, house style, and function. The install team respected our unique family needs, making the 2 day job as noninvasive as possible. Now, we have gorgeous windows that are energy efficient. I can't imagine a better experience!

This is such a great company! We did half our windows last year, and are working on the other half this month. They have amazing communication with the customer, very friendly employees, and very fair pricing. Everyone we have interacted with has been awesome. Windows by Jeff installed 6 new windows for us a couple years ago and I am pleased to report they are still in perfect working order. I was impressed with Windows by Jeff from the initial contact, to the proposal, to the installation. We were so impressed, in fact, that we are currently awaiting the remainder of our windows to be built that they will be installing in the coming months. I highly recommend!

We love our replacement windows! We feel like the great outdoors has come inside. Even though it has been in the 90's, we can touch our windows and feel very little heat coming through. There is no need to shut the blinds! Everyone from Windows by Jeff was so nice and very professional! We highly recommend them!

"So we’re a few weeks into our new doors, and I want to say how happy we are with them. Your install team did a great job, not only with the new doors but accommodating me and my wired door sensors, trim painting while they had the gutter removed, etc. etc.
