Our initial service to your home will start out with some questions about what kind of pests you see frequently.
If you are purchasing a home, you should always have a WDI done to protect you from buying a home with termite issues. Many types of loans will require you to get one. We have strict requirements for what is needed on the WDIR. We will draw a diagram of the house and do a comprehensive inspection of your home inside and out looking for termite activity such as damage or dirt tubes.
There are many types of commercial buildings. The type of treatment needed will often depend on what type of business is operating in that building. We will go through a few common ones for our area. This will be our most extensive treatment because of what restaurants do they are very susceptible to infestation from German roaches and rodents.
Realistically there are only two option when controlling populations of mice and rats baiting or trapping. Baiting is usually done on all our rodent services to provide long term control. We suggest getting on regular service so that we can make sure bait boxes still have adequate amount of bait. Bait will only be placed in a locked-up container that you need a special key to get into.

Great experience working with Foss Pest Control. Sam who does our spraying is the nicest guy . . so polite and personable! They know their product and how to use it effectively. Always prompt, respectful of your property, and very reasonable (cost compare to other pest control companies servicing the area and you'll be sold on that alone!). First of all they very professional. They come when they say they will come. Mr. Sam Foss is nice and leaves his boots outside the home. He will address special needs, such as fire ants and scorpions. They are great about reaching out when you are due for service. The price is reasonable. And the best part, their products work! They are not harmful to my dogs and my home remains insect free for long periods of time. I highly recommend this company!
