The company is extremely responsive. Both times I called, I was able to talk to someone, and she was very thorough as far as answering questions. And when they accidentally dropped my call when putting me on hold, they called right back. They were also able to schedule an appointment sooner rather than later. They were also very responsive in responding to some negative things I mentioned in a review, which they remedied, turning my previous 4 star review into a 5.

They billed us twice as much as advertised to pump our septic tank. The job was progressing slowly due to low suction. After 2 hours they discovered the cause was a missing gasket in one of their hoses. We were charged for the extra time even though it was their mistake. I wish we had called someone else.

I needed emergency service Sunday afternoon on a Steelers game day. I called a few local companies and non answered their emergency numbers or called me back except one. Justin, answered right away and was at my house within a few hours. They emptied my tank and were an absolute pleasure!
