Thermally Broken Steel USA was spec'd on a project we recently completed. The whole process from quote to order entry was simple and easy. Justin answered every e-mail on time and the delivery was on schedule, and that never happens for fire rated aluminum. Our installer, Joe, said it was one of the quickest and easiest fire rated sliders he has ever done. Overall it was quality service and a quality product.

Had the pleasure of using TBS on a multi-family new construction project in Sunnyvale, CA. Justin was extremely helpful from the bidding process to the submittal/ordering process. They were able to find the exact finish to match the vinyl windows adjacent to TBS fire rates windows. Planning on using TBS for our next fire rates project.
