I was looking for tools and equipment in Miramar to prefab for about 2 weeks (someone new to the trait) and found stone systems through mutuals that have been installing countertops for a long time. Not only did I get everything I possibly needed but I also had a wonderful experience while doing so

Unfortunately I have to give the company a one star based on customer service. The order I placed and expressed was of some urgency and I felt somehow this was not taken very seriously. So instead of stating they could not meet the deadline the sale was made and then the excuses began. Also when I asked about returns if the items were ordered in excess my question was simply overlooked. Through a lot of stress the tile came in and does look absolutely beautiful, but the juice wasn't worth the squeeze as they say. Specifically since there are other companies that can provide the same product

Do not be fooled by this fancy store. They sold us a very expensive counter top, 3 slabs. It was defective. they don't honor the warranty. We have a huge crack on the counter. The internet have a mountain of complaints of eternal calacatta counter. Do not buy from this store. They are liars. The manager told me not to worry about the crack, it will be covered by the 25 year warranty. He never answered the phone after that. We also never got a copy of the warranty. They are the most dishonest people, selling defective products for high price. They don't return calls either. The staff lies

My husband and I had a very poor experience with Stone Systems. The quartz island top we purchased has obvious defects - one that stretches
the width of one end and the other a 'cloudy filmy' large blotch on the
other end. Upon first contacting them about the issue it has taken over
2 months with no resolution. Chris and Larry the owner are not
willing to take any responsibility for the issue. There is no accountability.
There is however many excuses, lies and trying to point the finger for the
problem at the fabricator. And an enormous amount of wasted time gone by.

Now I am happy with the purchase of my quartz countertops by LG through Stone Systems. The quartz initially had a suction cup ring on the island after it had been installed. I contacted Stone Systems about the issue and the company sent a representative out who was able to remove the ring by buffing it out with a quartz buffing pad and a product called Stone and Glass Scrub by Stone Pro. Thank you for resolving our concern.

I needed a couple of small tiles to finish a job, so wasn't going to be spending a fortune with these guys.
Still, Chris took the time to show me samples and helped me find a creative way to get what I needed at minimal cost.
It shows true customer service when someone goes out of their way to help, even when they know you are not there to spend much money.
They seem to be extremely customer focused. Highly recommended!

We arrived with paint colors but no idea what we wanted for a countertop. Cecilia was fantastic and patient. We went back a few weeks later with custom lobster tiles for behind the stove - and needed to choose the rest of the backsplash. Cecilia remembered us right away - and again was incredibly patient - bringing us sample after sample and offering input. We left there with a plan.
Our before and after photos speak for themselves. We are very pleased. Top notch service and masked up! Thank you Cecilia

I can't speak more highly about Stone Systems, especially customer service. We purchased several quartz slabs there three years ago for our kitchen and bathroom. These were Polar Stone slabs that looked more like the real thing than anything we could find anywhere. We had actually gone there looking for stone from another manufacturer, and stumbled on the Polar Stone.

I wanted to take the time to write about Stone Systems, i been purchasing slabs from them for some time now, and they have always exceed in their customer service and product availabilty, and i have recommended to all my friends and customers for Engineered stone and great selection of tile.
If you are looking to remodel your home this is your one stop.

When our sales person asked a question to the owner, he was rude. We left, went right down the street and made a purchase from someone else less than 15 minutes after walking out, mostly because of the kind people at the other place.

Definitely found an amazing granite/quarts Store hidden off of Miramar Road. By far the best selection and nicest display I've seen of all of the different stores I visited. Jeanette was extremely helpful and accommodating of me and my two kids. Very low pressure yet very informative and gave me samples to bring home which helps immensely and was the only person to do this out of all the stores I visited. Thank you Jeanette for being so accommodating to my children and I it makes being a stay at home dad of two much less stressful when going out to stores like this. Don't forget to checkout

This place can be extremely overwhelming if left to our own devices. Thankfully, Jose came to save us from ourselves! He immediately took us to the slab yard indoors, asked what basis of color we want, carried the white shaker cabinet around for me, and elegantly and patiently held it up for photos when I needed it.
He was honest about what lines of quartz would be more expensive and which would take longer to come in stock, and when we finally picked out a few we loved, he arranged the sample display so beautifully that it helped my boyfriend and me narrow down the pieces we wanted.

The team at Stone Systems is fantastic. I worked with Emily and she was engaged, did a great deal of work on the back end, and ensured that I ended up with everything that I need to complete my renovation. I just finished my condo remodel, and couldn't have better things to say about Linda at Stone Systems! She was patient, helped me make decisions and I was able to get everything I needed in ONE place! Remodeling can be stressful, but Linda helped me navigate and was there to help. There is no other place I would recommend- HUGE help and the quality of their product is wonderful!

They have an amazing selection of tile for your kitchen or bathroom design. It was quite overwhelming for us there is so much great options to choose from. Finally we gave up and Linda came to our rescue
In a period of 15 min she had 3 great option which both my wife and I could agree on.
