Ordering the vanity was easy (not complicated). Amy from customer support was extremely helpful to answer my questions and get detailed updates from Bertch (the vanity manufacturer). In addition she was able to provide me with color samples of the cabinet and quartz countertop. She is a role model for what customer support should be. I would use Great Northern Kitchen and Bath again without hesitation.

I started my kitchen remodel project in the spring of 2021 by contacting Amy, at Great Northern Kitchen and Bath. Amy, is a GREAT asset to have on any remodel project. She helped me pick the style, color and every last detail of my new kitchen cabinets. Since I chose to remodel in the middle of a pandemic, my cabinets took a significant amount of time to custom make. Amy made sure I was aware, every step of they way of what was happening in my design and build phases. She is a great communicator and answered all of my questions, no matter now trivial, in a very timely manner. I highly recommend

We had gone to several vendors looking for a vanity. We stopped at Great Northern and the first person we met showed us the variety they handled and the finishes, etc. He said that the person we should talk to would be here the next day and she could be more helpful to us. We made an appointment with Amy.
The next day we met her and she was immensely helpful and knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for. We, with her input, easily decided on a vanity.
It was perfect. It was delivered early, and was well built -- all wood, no filler. Amy was very helpful with any questions we had.

Needed 2 items in a hurry to correct a mistake my contractor made. Amy helped me out. Advised me of what would be the best purchase. Always returned my calls in a timely matter. I received my purchase right on time. Would definitely order from this company again.

We ordered cabinets for our kitchen rehab from Amy at Great Northern. Amy was informative and extremely helpful as we made our final decision on the product. She had great ideas on how to make the kitchen easier to maneuver and we implemented them. Our timing was during the first phase of covid, Fall of 2020. Our chosen manufacturer took a bit more time to make the cabinets because of a shortage of factory workers due to covid. Amy kept us in the loop so we could coordinate with our contractor.. In a day and age where customer service is basically non-existent this Company is a 5 Star! They answer the phone, help with product info (my Brizo Faucet) the shipping is fast, the returns process (if necessary) is uneventful. Giving a company sometimes thousands of dollars online, site unseen can be stressful, but this picky buyer from Boston can assure you these guys are the real deal. Many thanks to finding a hard to locate item and assisting in a return item as well. Redoing a few bathrooms and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again soon.

Amy Belli in sales was a great help to me. She went out of her way and even personally visited the warehouse to find the kitchen faucet I was looking for and make sure it was in stock. She then physically brought the package to shipping to make sure it was shipped on the same day. On top of that, she took photos of the faucet package label and the shipping label and sent them to me. What a terrific service! Amy deserves a big raise for her customer service! Thanks, Amy

I didn’t like the quality of vanities at the Big Box stores, and the local Ferguson used the same made in China company as Home Depot. I found his company online, and their quality is top notch. Their customer service is a throwback to when life was easy, and uncomplicated. I had a few glitches and Amy Belli was always available to fix them for me. I will definitely use her for any future projects.

We recently remodeled one of our bathrooms, converting it from a tub/shower to a shower. It was a great experience working with Amy at Great Northern and Jared and his team at Redwood Builders. Amy helped us to stay within our budget, and kept us updated on the delivery schedule of all of the materials. Jared's team was very professional and performed exceptional workmanship.
