We used Tremkoe for HVAC service because their sticker was on our furnace when we bought our latest home. The initial service was fine, but then he really flaked out on me after that. He did not drop by the furnace filters he promised to provide, despite three calls. Then, when it was time for the next annual service, he failed to return 2 calls.

Last week, on the coldest day of the year so far, our heater conked out. I called around, and most of the Big Guys in the county either couldn't make it for several days, or wanted to charge me an outrageous service and diagnostic fee on top of the repair charge. I called Mark @ Tremkoe and we talked about what the problem was with the heater. Less than an hour later he texted me to say he had the parts and could be over later to fix it. I met them at my house as scheduled, and in no time they had it fixed and running again. Thanks for working us into your tight schedule and getting it fixed
