My Husband and I have always had our home secured, we were told about LA Alarms and fell in love. Great customer service, fast and neat installation. 5 Stars is by far not enough! I called on Wednesday to inquiry about an alarm system and Justin, one of their sales reps was nice enough to meet me at my house after work at 6:15pm. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional and knowledgeable and had me set for install the very next day. Again, I couldn't be there until after work and they again worked around my schedule.
Andrew arrived right on time to install my new system and was just as professional and polite and knowledgeable. He had my system set up within 45 minutes! Today I have been able to keep watch on my house from my cell phone! I feel safer and I am thankful for all of their help! Great customer service!

I’ve been with other companies before, but this staff was great and amazing the sales rep answered all my questions. When they came out to install it was a very professional job. I’ve had other companies in the past bye-bye for this was the best install I have ever had. I highly highly recommend you use LA alarms for all your alarm needs. The… equipment they have is unbelievably great what you can do with it and is unreal. Contact La alarms immediately please all these other companies are phonies and con artist the sales guys at Vivint and all these other companies have tried

I've had this system for almost a year , the system has only worked maybe a total of 5 times in that year, the customer service is horrible, I've called countless times to only speak with Mary, whom either takes a message for Gary, Tom or Austin to contact me. The guy Austin is only a sales manager and apparently a mythomania, this is the 2nd time… this guy has lied about either coming to our home to fix something, speaking with us on the phone, or returning our call. He basically lied and said he spoke with me and scheduled a visit. Which is incorrect. I never heard from him and I requested

I feel ripped off. It's been over 3 weeks and my install is still not complete. We requested an indoor camera, never got it. The person sent to install the system, started the install, took two days, then ghosted is for a week and a half. I had to call to see when our install would be completed, still took over a week to get the guy back out! I would text the sales person and not hear back. Owner promised to call me last week... never did. I never received an invoice but they were quick to finance the system. So I don't know how much it all cost but I know I have a new line of credit to pay on

I switched my business to la alarms , I even paid for 5 years in advance. Big mistake. First they attempt to run my credit without my consent.
Second , last night we had a break in WHILE THE ALARM Was armed. They broke through a brick wall. And the alarm never went off. The thief was in the store for 10 minutes. And nothing. No alarm , no police. Nothing but excuses. And avoiding my calls.
I lost 40,000.00 in inventory and damages ,

LA alarms has been an overall good service, though the seller was not upfront with me about the prices and that it was a loan for $5200.
I was later informed the price was for equipment. The equipment is not completely reliable but the quality and review the the footage is spectacular once reviewed. I would note every time I requested a service on my equipment they were readily available.
