Be sure to get a written quote before any work is done. Although the inspection and subsequent remediation work was done well, I should have gotten a quote for the work first.
I would have declined.

Very disappointing experience! Initial visit was fine, he inspected our camper and thought he found the issue… We were told to call back if we had any further issues. Once we saw evidence of more activity, we called right away. We didn’t hear back for about a week or two, then he promised to come back out. He never came back and will no longer return our calls. No trouble billing us the same day of service, but now that we paid he isn’t backing his service.. would not recommend Ares Pest Control…

Ares came through in the clutch. On a holiday weekend my family noticed TWO beehives right outside their window in Maine. My sister is terrified of bees, and Ares came despite being fully booked. I called with a wasps nest that needed to be removed, Michael came out the very same day and took care of it, which was hard given it was 25-30ft. up in a tree. He was there when he said he would be and took care of the problem quickly. His follow-through was fantastic, Highly recommend his services to anyone looking.
