99% of all leaks on any roofing system are on what we call the details! That's all the penetrations, roof vents, wall flashing and transitions on a roof. With over 28 years in business, we have analyzed all of our warranty call backs and failures from other roofers. We have mastered all of our details to prevent future leaks in these most vulnerable areas.
Some roofs may be restored with coatings without having to replace them, thus eliminating the use of landfills while saving about 30% of the air conditioning cost. Reflective coatings prevent the deterioration of the existing roof caused by the heat, exposure to the elements and UV degradation. Some roofs can be coated indefinitely if maintained properly.
Roof repairs requires a very high level of experience and expertise to perform properly. Any one can slap some flashing cement and pretend like the problem is fixed, when in reality it's just a band aide type fix that will fail in the near future. Mainland's approach to repairs are done in manner that should last as long as the remaining life of the roof, a permanent fix the way it should of been done in the first place.

We were in luck to have called Mainland Roofing regarding our two roof leaks.They responded right away, came the next day to estimate the causes and remedies, explained , with clear photos, what was wrong with each spot and how to fix them, and gave us a very reasonable invoice. One of these leaks was tricky to fix, dealing with old roof materials interfacing with a new addition. They had to come out two more times to re-seal the joint spots with silicone and re-surface the old sub-roof. They did this with no delay after our calls, and with no additional charge. Their personnel came with masks

Amazing results and very professional! There were so sensitive to my schedule and overall phenomenal experience. While communicating with the office team they were so friendly ... almost like talking to family and made sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions and problems! Needless to say the office staff is beyond exceptional! I would HIGHLY Recommend!!!

We had an excellent experience with Mainland Roofing. Before and during the work, they were able to answer any questions that I had. The roof came out beautiful and I couldn’t be any happier with the result. What I loved the most was that no debris was left behind! my patio furniture was covered and put back in place after the roof was completed and the debris was all disposed of in the dumpster truck. I would definitely recommend Mainland Roofing without a doubt.

Called for a roof repair and they came out the following day, made the repairs, staff was knowledgeable and professional and the price was excellent. I then used them to for a new roof on another of my properties. Price was better that the other quotes and the quality of work was excellent according to county roof inspector. I highly recommend this roofer.

Roof work came out better than I expected. New roof looks Great. Very responsible company. There was some damage to the wall above my garage , but they proceeded to take care of it ASAP and it looks like nothing happened now.
