I used Freeman Plumbing to replace a leaking gas hot water heater. Matt responded to my initial call within an hour, spend 20 minutes explaining all my options then quoted me a very fair price over the phone.
He ordered the parts and we scheduled the work for two days later.
Matt and his helper showed up on time with the new heater, replumbed the existing pipes to make it more efficient and even patched up the old duct in the chimney. They cleaned up after and removed the old heater.
I was so mpressed with their work that I hired him again to replace hot/cold shut offs and faucet in a bathroom

Matt was probably one of the best if not the best plumbers I've dealt with! I had a problem with my tankless water heater and it was covered under warranty. The problem was that no one wanted to work on it. Matt was great because he came to my house which was not close to where he normally works. If he hadn't come to help me out, I'm not sure what I would have done. Super nice guy and was really knowledgeable! Thanks!

Matt from Freeman Plumbing installed the back flow plumbing for our new lawn irrigation system. He did a an excellent job. We would definitely call him again for any of our future plumbing needs.

We had a very good outcome from Matt's expertise and thoroughness. Thinking we needed an all new system, we were very pleased to simply need updated maintenance and no other plumber before had clarified what this meant. Going forward, I doubt many know as much about newer tankless water systems or high efficiency boilers. Can only say positive things from this experience.
