Very personable and knowledgeable about product....but......
if you need gutter covers or awnings...use another dealer. This dealer is unresponsive, even to calls from Sunsetter, in contacting us. They do not return phone calls and no one has ever answered their phone, it's always voice mail.
(note: both products are fine. The gutter guards work well and the awning seems to be well build. Can not say how well it works because it has yet to have install completed....and now we are in 20 degree weather.)
The problem is the dealer.
After sale and payment we have been ignored. So far we have

I have had the gutter glove product on the lower level of my house for five years. The product is fabulous! Not only does it completely protect against clogged gutters, but handles the heaviest downpours with no splash over or roll off seen on other products. The guys are back today doing the upper level of my homes because our trees have grown over the height of the house. The crew is professional and highly respective of our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the product and installation!
