After seeing this work van swerve in a way so severe on the highway for over 10 miles I felt obliged to call in to the State Police to get this vehicle stopped before an accident occurred. This was before 9 AM. Beware of this business and their lack of concern to operate a vehicle under the influence.

HORRIBLE! He will promise to do everything and then has you sign a vague, general contract. When it comes time for the work to be done, he refuses to do half of what he promised and then says to look at the contract. He told us the job would be done in three weeks and we are now going on two months! He ripped out our bathroom and then refused to send anyone to work on it for three weeks. He lies about everything just to get you off the phone. Beware!! I cannot stress what terrible service this man delivers.

After having gone through the stressful ordeal of seeking retribution for damages caused by other contractors, I feel compelled to give credit where it's deserved. My wife and I have now dealt with 4 different contractors on various house projects, and only 2 of them produced work that didn't need to be 'fixed' afterwards. One of those contractors was SMD Construction - fast, excellent work and very professional the entire way through. They came in at a slightly higher cost, so we originally didn't go with them.
