I had my garage and pole barn covered by Motor City, their salesman Ryan was very professional and respectful. Their workers were very respectful and professional, they worked from the time they got to my house,until they were finished,just took an hour for lunch. The foreman’s name is Dallas,and couldn’t ask for a more respectful person,answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) and took his time and did a very professional job. MotorCity Floors and Coatings applied the newest polymer coating to our patios. Gorgeous! They look like terrazzo and will look this way for the life of the guarantee! Strong, impenetrable, and NO maintenance (except for general cleaning) for 15 years!! Our experience was great right from the get-go! Joe and his crew were so hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and left us with 2 gorgeous patios!! Remember the hottest most humid day in August? Well, that’s the day the guys came to remove 600 sqft of porcelain tile from our concrete patio and prepare it

I would like to recognize Dallas for his outstanding work ethic and positive attitude. Our turnout gear washroom and utility trailer floors at the Graafschap Fire Department were scheduled to be coated on 10/5/2021, when the crews arrived at 8:00am it was Dallas by himself. His co-workers called in sick that day but Dallas showed up anyway. He could have made excuses and re-scheduled but he completed the entire job by himself. Ask for Dallas, this guy is one of the best. His crew see's that everything is done right and the garage was spotless when they were done. Ryan matched the color I was looking for spot on. We discovered Motor City Floors and Coatings at the 2021 Builders Show in Novi. Our garage floor had been finished w/epoxy before we moved in 8 years ago and it was worn off & terrible looking. We had Motor City & a competitor come out to give us a quote. Went with Motor City because we liked the team, the price was competitive & we were impressed that it’s a veteran-owned company.
Could not be more satisfied: pre-installation communication was great, the 3 installers arrived exactly on time, they were friendly & efficient and the final result is fantastic.

We used them to coat our pressure washing trailer for our business and the turn around time was incredible. The price was affordable. And the people in their shop and office were extremely friendly and helpful. The trailer looks great. We only wish we didn't have to drill holes in the floor to mount our equipment. Its to pretty!

We closed on our house on March 8, 2019 and had MotorCity Floors and Coatings in our garage on March 16, 2019. They were extremely friendly and easy to deal with leading up to the installation. There was no question that went unaswered. Rob was extremely patient with us when choosing color and provided great recommendations based on his experience. On the day of the installation, the guys were very professional - giving us an update throughout the process. They finished everything in a day and IT LOOKS AMAZING. Never felt so clean walking in my garage barefoot. I'll post some before and after pics
