Our broad expertise includes working with municipalities, manufacturing firms, timber companies, farmers and ranchers, residential and commercial builders, and oilfield services firms.

Services
Site development is quite literally the foundation of your building project. Your contractor must put your residential, commercial, farm, or ranch on a solid foundation. Count on Richardson Construction, LLC. Experience has taught us that every project brings its unique set of challenges and because we've faced most of them, we push through quickly, efficiently, and safely.
Excavating for roads and driveways involves the removal of soil and other materials. Road construction, even for driveways, requires precise slope grading for proper drainage. Richardson Construction, LLC, is experienced in dealing with the rocks, soil, and clay found in Southeast Texas, including Polk County, surrounding counties, and Lake Livingston.
Richardson Construction has designed dozens of ponds and lakes, from water features to multiple acres in size. We know the questions to ask and have a proven construction process that delivers a pond or lake that will last for years with minimum maintenance. Once a location is determined, we take engineering surveys to plan dam, spillway, or other required features.

We had a flat tire and pulled into their business on a Sunday around lunch time. Luckily the owner pulled in behind us and asked if we needed help. We did, we were having trouble getting the spare tire down from under the truck. He asked us to follow him to the back to his shop where he and his guys took the tire down and changed our tire very quickly.
There still are good and kind people in this world and these people are the best. May the Lord bless them and keep them safe forever.
