Yes, before we begin prepping for any service, we move and cover all furniture and surrounding areas with clean plastic and drop cloths. Yes, we clean up daily and all debris and trash is removed from the job before completion. Wherever we will be performing prep work on the exterior of your home; we will protect the ground and surrounding areas with plastic.
Our 90-year-old stucco house hadn't seen fresh exterior paint in a VERY long time. By chance we met Andreas Nikitaras as he was completing another job - for people who expressed great satisfaction with his work - and, you could say, we felt a "cosmic nudge" to ask him to do a similar great job on our place.

Andreas and his brother are top-notch professionals and true artists! My kitchen walls and ceiling needed a lot of work. I had a renovation done 4 years ago but had not had it painted at that time. All the new molding needed nail holes filled and caulking completed. I had previous water stains on my ceiling. Their work is so detailed and exact that it looks brand new. I hope to have them back for more jobs as nearly my entire house needs to be painted! Their quote may be a little higher than others but their work is worth every penny due to the attention to detail and quality of work they provide

What can I say about these brothers? We were nervous as we never hired painters before. From day 1 we knew we made the right decision. Always on time! So respectful, very professional. Took great pride in their work and wanted everything to be perfect before they left…and it was. !! Always willing to do the extra little jobs I asked so we did not have to do much after they left.
