We had a new kitchen counter installed and had trouble getting a plumber to respond. A+ responded when we called and listened to the need. They came out the next morning and installed the garbage disposal and second tub drain and connected the dishwasher. They tested it all out and were done in short order! The job was excellent - greatly simplified the complex previous drain structure. Zachary and Jackson were very friendly and professional - cleaned up the area very well!

I had a very good experience with the company. They were all very nice/friendly. Answered my questions. The person in the office, she was very nice and patience with all my questions. I had a simple issue to take care of but was concerned about what caused it. They came out, same day which I was very thankful for, fixed my issue and checked it out and explained to me what happen. It was all good. I can't say it enough on how nice they were on the phone and in person. And the fact they came out the same day as I called. I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I called this company about a tub drain problem we have had for the past 15 years (when we built the house). Within 48 hours we had a tech at our house. I just expected a look-see to decide what the problem was and when/if it could be repaired. Within an hour of arrival the problem was repaired/resolved. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of the current pandemic, he also wore his mask (as did I!), and we “elbow bumped” because we couldn’t shake hands. I was very grateful for all he did. I even bought his lunch even though he tried to refuse it.

My two experiences with the A Plus crew have been great! On-time, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is important to single women homeowners to be comfortable with contractors in her home, and these gentlemen were trustworthy and pleasant. The office manager is extremely responsive and expert at getting complete information from both sides of a job. Obviously, I recommend this company very highly!
