That's why we are here to make sure that you have as little pool maintenance as possible to be responsible for.
At some point, every pool owner will need to replace their pool liner. The life of a pool liner varies on the type of pool; however, most pool liners will last 5-10 years. Good indicators that you need to replace your pool liner is fading in different areas, frequent water replacement, cracking, tearing, and wrinkles in the liner.
Whether you are maintaining your pool or having us do it for you, we carry everything that you need and more. Pool pumps, pool filters, and pool heaters are some of the basics you need in equipment. Pool pumps draw in water, pushes it through a filter and back into the swimming pool. Pool filters usually have a tank with filter media inside to remove dirt and debris from the water.
Rebuilding your pool is less of a hassle than a brand-new pool- it has already been dug, or the structure exists. O Ordered pool liner back in April put down a deposit While my husband was in the hospital after a stroke I kept calling and stopping by on my way home from the hospital They never installed it We are in our 70’s and wanted to rehabilitate my husband when he comes home from the hospital but it never happened I called in Jan 2022 the company is no longer in business. What kind of people do this to other people who have good intentions when paying for a service.

We ordered a pool liner in February. It's now November, and we still don't have a pool liner. They never call with updates, and their excuse is the company that They order from is backed up. They do not answer the phone when we call. They were in the process of putting in a sunk pump, and they never finished it. Their business now says closed.

Terrible service. Hired them for weekly service for about 3 months. They missed multiple weeks, no call or anything, thankfully I have cameras so they couldn't charge me for when they didn't visit. After the second algea outbreak in less than 2 months I had my pool tested and found out it is way out of balance, hence the blooms. When they came out to treat algea for the second time they just dropped some shock in the pool then left. They didn't even clean the algea out so I was left with a breeding ground that looked more like a pond than a pool. This is how they treat a customer who has been with

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Paid them to fix my the concrete around the pool latter and they did a horrible job pouring the concrete! Then tried to charge me for a new latter after making the concrete worse. They would often miss my scheduled pool cleanings and the customer service is down right horrible. Stay away from Clearwater, the absolute worse pool service ever!

I wish I had read the reviews before I called them. This is a 0-star company, giving them one star is too lucrative. They came out to fix a pump at a rental I own, then they drained the pool to clean it. My tenant told me one of their "techs" offered her a cheaper price if she paid cash. He took the pump apart and left it that way in order to "guarantee payment." When they did the drain and clean, they sent two employees who had only been with the company for a little under a month. They left the vacuum in the liner to remove wrinkles for 2 DAYS even though they were supposed to come back the day

Very disappointed. I've had them for about 4 months and they neglected their contract consistently. I paid for a weekly service to my pool and some weeks they didn't even show up. They weren't even operating my pump correctly which resulted in my pool turning green multiple times and they made me pay for the chemicals to fix their mistake. I have only swum in my pool a couple times this summer before it would turn back into an ugly swamp. My pool is still cloudy with a thin layer of debris across the bottom of it even though they guaranteed it would go away with time. It's been two weeks since

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Christine was so cheerful and ready to answer any questions I had, and even remembered my pool from work done two years earlier. The men who came out to do the Drain and Clean were also so nice and explained anything I asked about. They arrived promptly, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and have been coming back to make sure the pool has been filling back up without any issues. I would definitely recommend Clearwater to anyone in need of pool services with friendly service and no gimmicks; my experience has been great!
