Michael and his wife are really nice people and he cam r out the next day to check my problem. The reason I can't recommend him is this: wife said he would call before he came over, he didnt, also he said he would call with the part price etc. he didn't. After that I called twice about it, no answer. m My husband called on a differant phone and got… right through. He was told the part would be in the next week. I called again after the waiting period No answer, my husband called No answer. If he didn't know or want to work on my appliance for some reason, JUST SAY SO instead of avoiding

Michael was prompt for the service call, evwruone can understand a delay and sometimes things takena bit longer than expected. However. I was told my washer needed a lid lock and the part would be in Monday, washer repaired likely Tuesday. I called on a Tuesday, service calls were being schedulwd for two days out, so Thursday, then factor the weekend...a Tuesday repair was reasonable. I called Megan on Wednesday and she informed men that rhe part had only been ordered on Tuesday because she hadn't needed to order any orher parts until then. The part arrived and the next day already had 12 service
