Smith roofing did an excellent job on our roofing project. They were professional, experienced, communicative and very responsive. The office manager Jenny and the business representative Andrew were great to work with. The crew doing the work was careful, efficient and the roof looks wonderful. They were very quick to come and give us an estimate and date when they could do our roof and were even able to do the job sooner then expected. The crew were on time, very professional in the set up of equipment and the job they did installing the roof. They were very careful of our yard and house and did excellent cleaning up. Jesse's team at Smith Roofing was extremely responsive and professional on a home we purchased through an estate for my niece and her mom. Their pricing was the best and they did the complete installation in one afternoon, removing all the old shingles, installing the new roof, and removing all debris. We chose the Energy Star-Rated shingle to help save on utility bills. Highly recommend!

We had 4 companies that we spoke to to. replace our old roof. 2 of the companies' reps came out, spent 3 1/2 hours discussing how great their product and company was and trying to push us right now in making a decision by giving discounts (but only for a decision right then). We had told them at the beginning of meeting that we are people that don't make quick decisions and wanted to compare products, warranty and company. We do not like to be strong-armed into a decision.

I am very impressed and happy with their workmanship. It was all done in one day and completely cleaned up. Andrew has been so nice and professional in handling all the details and answering any questions. I'm impressed of the follow up of the quality control inspector and also Andrew after its was completed. Jessie stopped out during installation to check with the crew on the job. We began looking for different quotes for home insurance. Our agent said she found us a great company and rate, switched us, but then they dropped us because of our roof. In fairness, it needed some love, but it didn't leak and we were put on the spot. We started looking for roofing companies, we must have called 25, and only a few called us back. One of the other companies came out, looked at our roof and said they didn't want to have their guys that high. One came with a ladder, realized it was too short, said he'd come back, and never came back. Another came and gave us an estimate of $33K based
