FireWater was extremely thorough. I had smoke and soot fire damage in my entire 2300 sq ft home. They cleaned EVERYTHING. Every dish, glass, flatware, inside and out of cabinets, drawers, ceilings, walls, you name it, they cleaned it. Other than the damage to the marble and caulking around the ceiling that the fire did, there is no evidence of smoke or soot damage at all.
The cleaning staff was quiet, I work from home, respectful, and wonderful to work around. My insurance company, Grange referred me to them for a quote because they don't charge more than the carrier will pay. I highly recommend them. Provided excellent mitigation services after tree strike to our roof following rain and windstorm.
Communicated quickly with us and insurance company to remove large tree that came through roof inside the house, tarp roof and clean-up. Juliana and her crew were terrific. After our hot water heater burst, the team at Firewater did a great clean-up for us and they were very responsive to our needs.

within a couple minutes and then explained the whole process that would need to happen in order to fix the leak and the water

Having water damage in your home is a stressful and disruptive experience, but FireWater Restoration Services made it as easy and manageable as possible. Every person involved, from the office scheduler to the project manager, was helpful. Our project manager Juliana did a great job explaining what steps would be taken to mitigate the damage. I received a call daily from the scheduler to inform us when a technician would be arriving the next day, and every tech would call ahead of time to let us know they were on the way. My front door was badly damaged. It was after 6 pm on a Friday and the young woman I dealt with could not get anyone to come over (they were all out on call) so she came herself and made my door secure and safe and, as far as I'm concerned, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and secure in my house. The team at FireWater is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic. They walked us through the steps, offered us reassurance that our belongings would be taken care of and they delivered on those promises. The delivery crew worked quickly and were easy to communicate and coordinate with.
My one piece of feedback would be regarding communication after our items were removed from the original apartment. We would often email FireWater and not hear back for a few days and then would receive an email that the team was going to deliver items on that same day. This was difficult to balance with

As a first time home buyer, I’ve experienced working with vendors (and contractors), where I felt they would take advantage of quoting me something ridiculous or wouldn’t listen to my concerns, etc. I had the opportunity to work with the team at Fire Water Restoration, and had a fabulous experience!
