Needed to rekey my new house and change door handles, Ross was amazing, he help installing and rekeying smart locks and installed new door handles for us. Great service, professional, informative and he made sure that everything was working as it should before he left. We definitely contact them again if I needed service.

Ross was amazing! He was able to get our locks rekeyed in a timely manner and also installed a new deadbolt that really fits our needs. Lastly, he was both friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services.

Ross is the man! He went way above and beyond re-keying our new home, including grinding down one door frame to help the locks shut better and lubricating other locks all just to give us the best possible experience. I locked my keys in the car so did not have a lot of time to wait. Ross came immediately and had the car unlocked within 5 min. of his arrival. Then he made a spare key that I can keep in my wallet so that won’t happen again. Great experience at a reasonable price. Will defiantly use them again for any lock and key needs but not the key locked in the car now that I have the spare in my wallet 😁

I had a wonderful experience with Guardian Lock and Security! I initially had requested for someone to come to my home and open my electronic safe. I had lost the key and accidentally locked it a few months ago. I knew I would need to buy a new one after it was either picked or drilled open but needed to get some papers out of the safe. Ross was right on time for our appointment and within a few minutes, he had picked it open. The most impressive thing was that he spent a good while working on my safe afterward to ensure that I could still open and close it. He was fantastic so now I don't need

I was in a situation where I locked my car keys in my car while at home and I was in full panic mode. Luckily, I stumbled across Guardian Lock and Security and the customer service could not have been any better! The gentleman Ross Andrews was already serving another customer but he made sure to touch base with me about the time he would be there. He was perfectly on time, the professionalism was amazing and I was so relieved. Highly recommend to anyone needing any lock services!!! The total price of the service was fair and affordable. 😃😃

Ross Andrews the owner of Guardian Lock and Security is amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and adheres to COVID-19 safety guidelines. He was able to re-key 6 locks within a matter of minutes. He walked me through the process and made sure every lock worked properly before leaving.
