At a time when getting a contractor to respond back to your inquiries, Good Life Construction has stood out from the crowd. We recieved contact info for Good Life Construction as a referral from Powers Roofing to assist with with dry rot repair. We recieved prompt estimste, service, and more. Alex was knowledgable in our dry rot repair needs and, when unexpected framing damage was found, Alex came out right away to examine the additional damage, provided an estimate for repairs within 24 hours, and offered services for other interior repairs that are part of an insurance claim.

I don’t know how this company received 5 stars. How long did all their customers have to wait for a response? We have called this company and they sent someone to give us an estimate and was told we would receive it in order to give to our insurance company. But it has been more than two weeks and we called for the estimate, only to be told they will give us a call back with it. Fast forward another week, no call. We called again and AGAIN was told they would call us back. I would think with this pandemic companies would be fighting for business. I guess they don’t want ours. No worries, we

We couldn't be happier with Good Life Construction! We had a lot of dry rot problems which is no fun to address due to the expense. But from the time Roman came out to survey the damage and give us an estimate I knew we were in good hands. Roman took his time surveying, even getting on our two story roof to take photos and get a close look. No others who bid our job did that.

I got several bids for dry rot repair and Good Life had both the best reviews and the cheapest price so it was an easy choice. The crew showed up on time, worked hard through triple digit heat, got done in less time then originally estimated, and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job. I'll be contacting them again soon for my kitchen remodeling needs.

I highly recommend Good Life Construction to everyone. They replaced stucco and painted the archway in the front of my house. It turned out perfect. Andrey was very responsive and great to work with. He and his team made sure I was 100% happy with their work which I definitely was. They go above and beyond. They were punctual and explained everything to me. Andrey came out and provided us a bid, which was followed up in writing and the work was performed that day much to our relief (our house was going to be painted and we really had wanted work done prior - which they made happen). Good Life replaced the outside walls of my neighbor's house and I was impressed with the quality of their work. I called them for an estimate and Alex came out a few days later and arrived right on time as scheduled.
I had them replace the siding around the chimney.
Vlad and Roman did an all-around excellent job and were friendly, professional, and addressed all of my concerns. The other 3 guys who came out to assist on one of the days were great as well. They also did a thorough job with the cleanup of debris.
Good Life pricing is fair, and their work is excellent. Don't hesitate to give them
