My septic stopped working this morning, I left a message on their website about 5 am, and was called at 7 am. They were at my house before 11 and done by 12, the tank was very packed and was in desperate need of draining. Very pleased with response and service provided by Macken. We have used them in the past as well, but this particular day was to remedy a backed up system. Julie responded to me on a Sunday, and the next day a real nice guy with real good driving skills to back his rig all the way down my narrow driveway came out. He was very friendly, and showed sincere concern, not just a do my thing and go person. He wanted to make sure everything was good. Luckily it was just a plugged filter that he cleaned out, and then pumped out the tanks. Happy Ending, thanks Macken, will surely see you again.

Exceptional team of very hard working folks that made building a new home during this covid ridiculousness as smooth of a process as you could get. Jason and his team were very professional, showed up exactly when they said they would and always went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. They even went out of their way to help us place the septic tank in a location that would allow us to keep more trees intact instead of cutting them all down. Would highly recommend Macken Services 10 times over.

When I called to make the appointment the woman on the phone was so personable and professional. When the guys came out they were amazing, very professional, courteous. Left the back yard in just the shape it was before the pumped the tank. Amazing company, will use again and will recommend to everyone!

Macken Services, what can I saw besides they are a great company they know their stuff, everyone has such excellent customer service skills and are so nice, I wish I knew about them when I was looking for a company to replace a septic tank. I had an issue with my brand new tank system that another company installed, and installed everything wrong, Macken came to my rescue and was able to help me out in fixing the problem. Ran the wash machine on Saturday on my way out the door. Came home to find both my bathrooms covered in standing water with toilets that would not flush. Not knowing if I needed a plumber or someone who worked on septic systems, I made my first call to Macken. It was after 7:00 on a Saturday evening. I was planning on leaving myself on their voicemail to try to get an appointment early the following week. To my surprise, a knowledgeable woman answered the phone, helped me diagnose my problem, and had a team out to my house first thing on Monday morning. Two gentlemen came out, had to dig through
