Amazing, perfectly clear windows, frames, tracks and screens throughout the entire house -- inside and out. What a huge difference it makes. I'm beyond impressed and thrilled with the outcome. Worth mentioning that Andrew was professional, personable and responsive to my online inquiries, they arrived to do the work on time, and we're totally patient with my little furry family members. I would recommend Perfect Panes PDX without hesitation and will absolutely have them back!

Hired them to clean out the gutters. They came and measured gave us a quote, and then showed up on the worst weather of the year. Did not clean all gutters or get the needles accumulated in the valley of the roof nearby. My wife listened to them complain about how dangerous it was and how we weren't paying them enough to risk doing that. They saw the job before they started and chose to work on a very dangerous day, and still charged the full price of the job. We will not be using them again. We did have other quotes. We would have gone with one of those.
