Ken is a true professional and fair. He is trustworthy and kept his promise. I was locked out from my apartment in the early morning (walk my dog and left my key in the house)
He was at another job at that time when I call but he promised to come as soon as he finished the job. Estimate he gave me was 1-2hours. He kept me informed before he come over and when he arrived. I have been keep assure by him that he is doing his best to be here and help save my day!
